I chose this hotel for attending a summit due to its convenient location and excellent amenities. The bar/lounge provided a great atmosphere for networking, and the business center was well-equipped for my work needs. I was satisfied with the hotel's facilities and services.
The one service I missed for my work was a dedicated meeting room or conference space. It would have been beneficial to have a professional setting for meetings and presentations.

It was our honeymoon and we got a very nice and big cake! View on the golden triangle from out of our room, very very very nice located!!!
We stayed here one night, good hotel but in the lowest of the low season nothing to do in the hotel as well as in the village. We wanted to visit the golden triangle and Laos island at the other side of the river but this is also very good possible by daytrip from Chiang Mai.

The hotel's decoration was absolutely charming, with elegant furnishings and a cozy atmosphere that made me feel right at home. The general areas were well-maintained and easily accessible for senior people like myself, with clear signage and comfortable seating areas throughout. I appreciated the thoughtfulness put into making the hotel welcoming for guests of all ages.
I would have asked for more organized activities specifically tailored for senior people to enhance our vacation experience. The children working there were lovely, but it would have been nice to have some additional options for entertainment or relaxation specifically catered to our needs.

We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel! The facilities were top-notch, with spacious and comfortable rooms that had everything we needed. The restaurant offered a great selection of dishes, both Western and Thai, and the food was delicious. The location and setting of the hotel were beautiful, with stunning views from our room. it was a fantastic experience as youngsters!
Felt like a home away from home, there was absolutely nothing to complain about.

Great location and stunning views.
Rooms were very noisy. You can hear the people next door using the bathroom and toilet, and water running through the pipes all through the night. At 5am woken up by screaming children running in the passages outside. The staff said "we know" when we complained, but offered nothing by way of refund or solution. Restaurant food was inedible!

Value for money was exceptional - comfortable beds, clean rooms, and an amazing bathroom at an amazing price. The hotel's location was central and provided a great base to explore the Golden Triangle. The staff were kind and helpful, even allowing us to participate in local festivities. The pool was clean and practically private. The hotel itself was lovely, with beautiful architecture and a great view of the three countries from the restaurant.
The breakfast experience could have been improved by offering a wider variety of choices.

The view from our room was breathtaking, we could see the river and the surrounding mountains. The pool was also a highlight, clean and peaceful. The location was perfect for exploring the nearby villages. We found some amazing souvenirs in the local shops and the prices were very affordable.
The restaurant on site was a bit disappointing, the food was nothing special and overpriced. We found better options in the nearby villages.

We stayed in a quiet area 7 km away from the Golden Triangle in a village called Sop Ruak. The room was quite spacious and had a fantastic view of the water overlooking the Sriwan restaurant. The food at dinner and breakfast were quite good.
We did not receive the best service during our stay.
